Duties for this position include tasks associated with arboriculture, horticulture, equipment maintenance, landscaping, driving trucks, tree work, and general outdoor services. This position involves full days working in the field and labor-intensive practices. Pay depends on experience. Position is related to outdoor &amp; conservation services, arboriculture, horticulture, landscaping, and sustainability. Must have a valid driver\u2019s license and reliable transportation.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES (may include but are not limited to):<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Demonstrate knowledge in and perform aspects of arboriculture and landscaping services, including but not limited to:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Proper tree and plant identification<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Tree pruning &amp; tree care to industry standards<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Tree removal<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Tree planting<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Plant health care (PHC)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Perform ground, climbing, and aerial lift duties as needed for specific job assignments related to arboriculture<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Safely operate and maintain all tools and equipment.
